Free parent coaching & educational advocacy

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

We fill the gap between having a concern about your child and knowing what you can do with that concern.

Always free for families
No diagnosis required
No judgment, no pressure

Co-regulation is the process of drawing on another person's calm presence and support to help make overwhelming situations more manageable. Children benefit from this kind of connection and understanding, and parents do too.

Who we support

Co-Regulate supports parents of children with autism, ADHD, significant behavioral challenges, and/or PDA, including families who are still seeking answers about their child's needs. Parents often have concerns about their child's development, learning, or behavior long before they have answers or a formal diagnosis.

We support parents who need help identifying a next step, as well as those who need space to tell their story, make sense of what they've been experiencing, and talk with someone who understands.

We listen without judgment, take your concerns seriously, and recognize that you know your child best.

How we can help

Listening and understanding

A supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk through your family's experiences, concerns, and priorities.

Exploring your child's needs

Talking through questions about learning, development, behavior, emotional regulation, and daily life.

Preparing for school conversations

Reviewing IEPs and school documents, identifying priorities, and preparing questions for meetings.

"Our role is not to tell parents what to do, but to help them feel less alone and more confident deciding what comes next."

Why our services are free

Families raising children with developmental differences, disabilities, and/or significant behavioral challenges already face additional expenses. Finding someone who will listen and help you explore your options shouldn't be another financial burden.

At Co-Regulate, families never pay for support. As a nonprofit, we keep our services free through community support, fundraising, and donations.
